4 oz log of fresh, creamy goat cheese from Valley View Farm in Topsfield. Lemony overtones give a tang that blends so well with wonderful high butterfat milk of Nubian goats. Fresh, spreadable & creamy this cheese becomes more dry and crumbly as it ages. (actual weight may vary)

This delicious chevre awaits your imagination for pairings but we suggest enjoying on a salad, with a dollop of your favorite condiment (we like hot pepper jelly), swirl in pasta, make a dip and on and on.

Available plain, or rolled in cracked black pepper, dill, chipotle pepper or a savory herb blend of parsley, basil and oregano.
