Unity Tomme from Valley View

A blend of Valley View's pasture-grazed Nubian goat and Appleton cows aged 10-18 months. This unique cheese brings the cream laden milk of the cows and the fresh lemony tang of goat milk to produce a complex, slightly sharper, drier style cheese.
