My kids call me Bop. I was trying to be really cosmo-national when Audrey was born, and aspired to be their Papà. Audrey wasn't having it, so Bop I’ll always be. My little guy Remy is no fan of meat, but he loves a nice soup replete with veggies and a tomato base.
This is a hearty minestra full of vegetables, greens, beans, house-made chicken sausage, and lots of general goodness. Grate up some Parmigiano-Reggiano or any other aged hard cheese, and enjoy with some crusty bread from Bread Obsession and a nice bottle of Chianti!
