Mia Farro Portobello

Farro is an ethnobotanical term for three species of hulled wheat: spelt (Triticum spelta), emmer (Triticum dicoccum), and einkorn (Triticum monococcum). Portobello is a common name for Agaricus bisporus; its etymology is disputed.
